About me
Terri Breindel is an experienced business owner and broker with a background in small business ownership in the State College area. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, she began her career at a local electronics manufacturer as a systems engineer. At the unfortunate closure of that facility, Terri co-founded Comfort Keepers, an in-home elderly care company which served several Centre PA counties. Following up on that success, Terri opened The Goddard School in 2007. Both businesses were successfully sold in 2018 and 2019 respectively, marking the beginning of a career shift toward business brokerage.
Over the past few years, Terri has worked with esteemed firms in Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Tampa, developing a keen eye for business transactions and valuations. In the pursuit of entrepreneurial independence, Terri established Happy Valley Business Brokers, a firm dedicated to facilitating successful business sales. Recently, she also founded Willow Ridge Business Valuations, specializing in business appraisals for buy-sell transactions, partner disputes, estate planning, and more.
Terri is an active member of multiple professional associations, including Centre County Association of Realtors (serving on the finance committee), the Business Brokers of Florida, the Gulf Coast Association of Commercial Realtors, the International Business Brokers Association, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Appraisers.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Terri is committed to helping business owners navigate the complexities of valuating their businesses, selling their businesses and achieving their financial goals.
