About me
Stephanie was a business and personal-law lawyer with a law firm in State College before joining the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic. Her practice with the Clinic consists of representing startups and early-stage businesses. Penn State Law recently hired Stephanie as an adjunct professor to teach a course on corporations.
