Collaborate with AI to pitch a new product or service! The Augmented Innovation Workshop explores how to use generative AI in entrepreneurial ventures. Participants will prompt generative AI to pitch new products, and to evaluate product and service innovations using De Bono's Six Thinking Hats. We'll also discuss the ethical implications and challenges of using AI in entrepreneurship and innovation. BYOD (bring your own device)!

Join the Penn State Small Business Development Center on Tuesday, November 19 from 5 - 7 pm for the 3rd annual Community Networking Event. Enjoy an evening of networking and community building during Global Entrepreneurship Week at Penn State. This event, hosted in partnership with CBICC After Hours, Centre Region Entrepreneur Network (CREN), and Women’s Networking Group (WiNGS) welcomes local entrepreneurs and innovators to come check out the Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub located in downtown State College.

Discover the six-story, 85,000-square-foot Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub, home to Happy Valley LaunchBox powered by PNC and OriginLabs, a rapid prototyping and fabrication lab. The building also features student club storage, a sixth-floor vista point/overlook event space, and collaborative areas designed to accelerate innovation, technology commercialization, and local startups through peer learning, knowledge sharing, and mentorship. Tours will be available throughout the event.

Enjoy complimentary food and drinks provided by local vendors. Please note that there is no on-site parking at the Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub, but there are several downtown parking options available.
